It is the Russian River Sisters decision to postpone Over The Rainbow bingo due to growing concerns of the corona virus. We feel the protection of our community is our most important ministry as we take vows to promote safe practices. We will still continue to support our beneficiaries and will reschedule events as it is determined safe.
If you purchased tickets, your tickets will be refunded in full by Brown Paper Tickets, and the funds will post back to your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. The Russian River Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence are proud to present a night of fun, fundraising and frivolity as only the Sisters know how This is not like any other Bingo game you've ever played. Picture your Grandmother's church hall bingo crossed with the Rocky Horror Picture Show, and the Sisters in their best drag-nun attire.
You will be participating with all your fellow players to raise money for Billy Foundation and LGBTQ Connection.
Funds raised for the Billy Foundation will enable low-income gay, bi, and trans men living in Sonoma County to experience heart-centered community through their attendance at a Billy gathering by providing scholarship support for those who would otherwise be unable to attend.
Funds raised for LGBTQ Connection will enable the youth empowerment groups bring LGBTQ youth, friends and allies together to build a sense of community and trust among the youth, connect youth and their families to needed LGBTQ-friendly resources, and invite the youth into leadership to drive larger community change.
Come to Bingo dressed in a costume related to our theme and participate in the costume contest for fabulous prizes.
Every Bingo will feature a menu of tasty dinner and dessert items, such as: Pizza, Nachos, Chips, Cake, Brownies, and a wide selection of soda and bottled water. The BINGO KITCHEN opens at 5:30pm, and closes during the 5th game.
Please take note:
Players must be 18 years of age or older. No exceptions.
No alcohol is allowed in line or in the Bingo Hall. No exceptions.
If you violate either of these rules, you will be asked to leave and not issued a refund.
You must print your tickets or bring the physical tickets (if you order physical tickets).
Online tickets are $20, and are good for: Entry for one person, and two bingo card packs. (Each card pack includes one card for each of the six games.)
Extra bingo cards ($5 per pack) will be available for purchase at the door.
Pre-sold ticket holders will be admitted starting at 5:30pm, and must arrive no later than 6:30pm.
ALL TICKET HOLDERS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN TICKET, EACH TICKET HAS A UNIQUE TICKET NUBER AND IS GOOD FOR ONE ADMISSION ONLY. DUPLICATE TICKET NUMBERS WILL NOT BE HONORED. IF YOU PURCHASE A VIP GROUP OF TICKETS, YOU MUST PRINT ALL 10 TICKETS AND DISTRIBUTE THEM TO YOUR GROUP MEMBERS. THOSE WITHOUT A TICKET WILL HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE AND PURCHASE A TICKET SHOULD ONE BE AVAILABLE.
After 6:30pm, advanced purchase ticket holders will continue to be admitted preferentially as long as there is room in the Hall. However, unclaimed seats may be re-sold to people in the regular waiting line.
Failure to arrive on time does not qualify you for a refund.
Entry is on a first come, first seated basis. There are no reserving or saving of seats allowed.
Refunds for advanced purchase tickets are available within 12 hours of the initial purchase time/date and on a case-by-case basis only after that time. The RR Sisters cannot issue refunds, you must contact Brown Paper Tickets directly to discuss refunds.
Online Ticket Sales will automatically be cut off at 9:30am the day of Bingo OR when they sell out (which they often do!) After that time, you will be required to purchase tickets at the door, starting at 6pm. The line to purchase tickets at the door forms early in the afternoon.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at the sole discretion of the members of the Russian River Sisters, Inc. By attending this event, you give consent for any video and audio recording that may take place.
